Welcome to meet again, netter friends... after a long time of not doing blogging activities, it turned out to be causing quite a high feeling of longing hehehe...
At this time I will discuss how to deal with menstrual pain, or also called pain when you are in your period.
It has become a woman's nature, namely the occurrence of menstruation every month.
Menstrual problems of every woman in the world are not the same, but in principle they are divided into 2, namely
- Women with regular menstrual cycles
- Women with irregular menstrual cycles
For some women, they may experience pain during menstruation. This may occur normally or may occur due to a disturbance in one or several of the internal organs
To be able to overcome the problem of menstrual pain, you can do it in several ways as below:
1. Consuming iron-containing foods
During menstruation, women are more often affected by anemia or a lack of red blood cells. This is what often makes us limp, blurred vision, even fainting. Therefore, consume foods that contain lots of iron, including red meat, chicken liver, beans and spinach.
2. Reduce food that has too much salt
Salt can bind more body fluids, so the body feels more 'swollen' if this happens it will cause pain that is not tolerable. This happens because during menstruation the hormones in the body will react and demand that the body binds more fluids than usual.
This phenomenon occurs because during menstruation or menstruation the body will secrete more fluids, and to overcome this as a natural reaction from hormones in the body is to try to bind fluids so that the body fluids do not run out of fluids.
3. Consume lots of water
If we don't like to drink lots of water, then eat something that contains lots of water like clear vegetables or soup. If water intake is sufficient for the body, then the body will not work optimally to bind lots of fluids, if this happens which of course can result in pain during menstruation.
4. Get enough sleep
During menstruation the body will feel weaker, this can be felt when we do activities for a while and will get tired quickly. Don't force your body to work as usual. If we have the habit of staying up late then avoid it because it will make things worse and only result in increased pain during menstruation.
5. Pain medications
If pain during menstruation can no longer be tolerated, then it is not wrong for us to take drugs that can reduce pain. This of course must be adjusted to our condition as women who are experiencing menstruation. Don't let us take the wrong drug, because it will only make things worse.
6. Check with the experts
If we feel that there is something unnatural about the pain we are experiencing, then immediately consult a health professional, either a midwife or doctor. This is so that we can immediately detect early if there are other harmful disturbances.
Netter friends...
For some women, they don't care about the pain they experience during menstruation, but if we don't want to drag on this problem, immediately take the best solution. Because even though we can stand pain, it still hurts and it can definitely interfere with our activities and routines as housewives.
OK, friend, it seems that's all I can present at this opportunity, I hope it's useful and good luck
. Thank you for visiting and see you on the next tip.
